Love the candle
Love the candle, which is presented really well in its own box. The fragrance is divine, too. A tad pricy for my pockets unfortunately, which means I will only purchase for a special occasion.

…Online frustration
It took me several attempts to place my order online. I never did receive the discount offered for a first time purchaser. It was so frustrating that I placed an order with a rival company I had used before. The rival company didn't carry some items I needed, so I returned to the London Candle Company to purchase them. Unfortunately they lost out on a large order because of the inefficiency of the web site.

The candle is excellent
The candle is excellent - was part of a bday present for my partner and yes she loves it …… delivery and communication was perfect - my only concern was the 10% discount for signing up was never applied to my purchase but otherwise great service

Great customer service
I had lots of questions about the candle I purchased for my son and contacting customer service was very good so helpful.
I was delighted with my purchase which arrived quickly and packaged well.
