I would give a zero if I could!

I’ve been using this company for a long time - a loyal customer and I’ve probably spend thousands of pounds on my haircare.

I placed an order online in February and it didn’t arrive, I had to email them to chase delivery and it eventually arrived sometime in March. I then received an email from a random debt collection agency in June regarding an outstanding payment to a company I had never heard of…I thought it was a scam until I received a letter too. It turns out it’s the parent company of LTL shop that have sent this - claiming I never paid for this order. How can you place an order online without paying for it at check out?

I’ve sent proof of payment and have sent multiple emails asking for this to be rectified. I’m now receiving no response from them, despite them saying this was being looked into 3 weeks ago! I am so stressed and now angry about this situation. I can’t believe they’ve sent my ALL my personal details to a 3rd party IN ERROR and think it’s ok to ignore me, rather than fix this. Worst customer service ever. AVOID!!!

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered two products by mistake and immediately sent a message asking to cancel the order. The next day, I was informed that the order had already been packed by another team and that, to get my money back, I simply needed to refuse the delivery when it arrived. I followed these instructions. Two weeks have passed; I have contacted the store several times, yet I still haven't received a refund.

Ordered my items on the 25th June 2026, we are now 16th July. Still no order. Contacted customer service to be advised its on back order!! The prices maybe good but 3 weeks waiting and no idea of when it's coming. Beware

I have placed an order of hair products from this company almost a month ago ( middle of June 2026)

I have contacted them at the beginning of July to see where my order was
I received one email saying items were on back order with no further information

Why was the order accepted if they didn’t have the items in stock ?

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service so far

I have still not received my order and have no updates from the company.

I would hesitate to order for my his company again.

I haven’t found you before but I’m glad I did . Good quality goods at reasonable prices and that’s what we all need these days Limited budgets are difficult and I have to be careful like so many others so to be able to purchase good quality products is very satisfying. Thank you

I have never received my order. It has now been over 5 weeks. I've emailed b their customer service 3 times and I have not had a response.

UPDATE

So - credit where credit is due!...My order finally arrived today and does seem to be an authentic product..I guess for the amount of money I saved on ordering through the LTL shop I am ok with this..I had some still left to use up luckily..perhaps LTL could consider informing customers that there will be a prolonged wait for some products...in this way expectations will be managed....and reviews will reflect this...

Still waiting for an order placed on June 6, 2026 for Redken Conditioner. Two emails sent to query status of order have gone unanswered.

Total disdain for customers...

Wish I could leave zero stars!..

UPDATE JULY 7 2026

STILL NO RESPONSE from this company to my email of 4 days ago and no delivery as of yet. Have asked for refund.
