I’ve ordered the hair vitamins yet I never received my order. Their tracking numbers are fake. There is no number to call customer service. Email address doesn’t go anywhere.

Scam app. I never signed up for anything but apparently when I clicked the side button on my iPhone to download the app I was giving consent to buy a subscription through Apple pay. Emailed them and they said sorry no refund. I’ll be appealing through Apple Pay.

Despite giving detailed body measurements, height and weight and paying extra for a personal size check, I was sent pants that were four inches too long and a shirt that was two inches below my fingertips ($297). I then was denied a refund because it “was a final sale” by the supplier (J Crew). Trust me, nowhere did the site specify the items were a final sale. This company is a rip off. Don’t sign up.

I could not navigate the website, I was supposed to get weekly suggestions and never got a thing. They immediately charged me $25 for the free trial and then $50 a month for the next two months until I figured out how to stop it. I tried to get the second month refunded to no avail. I agree that this is a scam company, and I would highly recommend staying away from them.

Thieves! I finally decided to try out a $19.95 style service, and they immediately charged the $19.95, but also STOLE $29.95 that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Hadn't even opened the app! I emailed immediately to let them know about the error, and they only responded with "We're sorry to see you go." BOOOOO! Now I'm in a big hassle with a PayPal dispute. Looks like they've gotten caught creating a bunch of fake reviews here to try and cover up their grift. This business is trash, grifter thieves.

Do not trust this company. The clothing doesn’t match the ads you see on Instagram and when you cancel they continue to charge you and won’t refund your money. It is a SCAM.

I gave it one star because I didn’t want you to think I forgot to rate..they are not worth even one star. They are a scam company with ugly clothing. You can’t see what they offer until they’ve got your money and then you can’t get your money back. Within 5 minutes of looking at their products, clothes that to me look comparable to a thrift store or Walmart, I tried to cancel. I was immediately told no. TRUST ME,DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. It’s horrible with terrible customer service. I have never seen any clothing business that makes you buy clothes before you see them and then won’t give you a refund when you do. Dont be scammed!!

The app crashes constantly. I use an iPhone 15 with the latest IOS software.
I purchased the app and requested a refund and cancellation with 24 hours. They confirmed my cancellation but will not refund the membership fee due to
“ Our current money-back policy has clear guidelines and, unfortunately, it does not cover personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with the product or app experience) or financial reasons (such as unexpected charges or changes of mind)”

Don’t waste your money. They don’t offer refunds and are not what they advertise. I paid for the 12 months thinking it would be a better deal per month, if I kept the subscription. When I logged in, there were some individual pieces I was interested in and clicked on. But they didn’t have many of the pieces pictured or advertised only “a representation”… For example, I really liked this one scarf, but the scarf available for purchase looked NOTHING like the silk scarf pictured (it was a long skinny scarf). There were many many examples of this. Within a day of signing up I requested a refund, they “cancelled my subscription” but would not issue a refund based on “changing my mind”. They say you can only request a refund for something you actually order. … Yeah, Right. I’m not spending any more money. It’s a trap.

In May 2025 I signed up for Lumi, but within a half hour I changed my mind after trying to use the app. I immediately canceled and got a confirmation right away that my subscription was canceled. I then saw on my paypal account the original charge of $24.72 and an additional charge of $29.95. I contacted the company and they said I'd signed up for an additional lifetime service. I noted that I'd canceled within an hour and the email response confirmed I'd canceled so how and why would I sign up for another service for a lifetime? Paypal denied a refund based upon the form letter Lumi sends everyone (I read dozens of the same form letter on the Better Business Bureau site for people complaining about the exact same issue). I am in the process of going through the BBB right now.

DO NOT get this app. This company is deceptive. They charged a fee that was not disclosed. And when I asked for my money back, they said the money-back guarantee did not apply because you can’t request a refund for a charge you didn’t know about.
“Per their email to me, you cannot request a refund for the following reasons:
Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);
Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into a subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc).”

Beware. My mentally impared family member signed up for this. As caretaker, I discovered and email within 6 hours before yhe charges had even gone through. They not only took three days to reply but could care less about their customers. These people are unethical and do not stand behind their product. There's no guarantee you'll be satisfied. They'll take your money and run laughing the whole way to the bank. They take advantage of people. I would never recommend this company.

They use deceptive practices to essentially rob you. I canceled on the 6th day of of a 7 day trial. The next day I was charged $79.95. When I contacted them I was told I had two subscriptions. I went back and yes, there was a $1.00 charge for what presented as a bonus, not an additional subscription service. Also when I went to website to cancel, only one subscription pulled up so no way for me to cancel the second anyway.

Horrible -would give it a zero. One of the styles they chose match any of the info I gave them. Outrageous pricing. No refunds. Beware

Absolutely disgusted with this site.

I recently ordered fairy wings from LUMI for EDC. They were cute and the style I wanted, but 6 days after ordering, they still hadn’t shipped. The event was in a few days, so I reached out. They said they ran out and offered a cheaper alternative that would arrive on time. I agreed since I had no choice.

However, the wings arrived and were not what I ordered. They were ugly and didn’t fit my outfit. I asked for a refund, but they said they don’t do refunds but store credit. I agreed, but I should at least be able to return them for free since the price difference was equivalent to the return cost.

They denied me the free return and said I had to pay it out of pocket. They offered me a $10 off coupon for the next purchase. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

I’ve bought from other rave stores that accept free returns and full refunds. They find ways to make mistakes correct.

I won’t be ordering from LUMI again. I strongly suggest you don’t either if you don’t want them to keep your money on items you may not like or fit you.

Very misleading. They don't have an app for android so it is completely useless. They won't refund you either once you have paid and then find that out. I wish I would have read the reviews.

What a joke! More like bait and switch! Price they claim up front is no where near the cost of any outfit! They claim a money back guarantee! I searched outfits for less than one hour and did not find any that I liked! Within one hour of signing up I requested a full refund as I did not like how they run this business and did not see any outfits that suited me! I did not even meet with a stylist! I was informed I would NOT be refunded anything that in tiny print (available after you sign up) that they don’t give refunds for “personal reasons” as in you don’t like the product! What a load of crap! Filing a BBB complaint also!
