I was asked to write a review on here after my delivery was not received and I based that review on the fact that the parcel was not received and not left in a safe place and no safe place was agreed as per royal mail website. This was not a cheap item and I expected this to be delivered to the correct property and for the money I paid signed for service. I have since had very negative conversations with an Alex who has basically tried to blame me for this item not being delivered safely. The first review was based on that simple fact and the response is very unprofessional and now this review is based on that bad service. I just want my goods I have paid for to be delivered to the recipient. I have now asked for a refund because I have no confidence in their service.

Website easy to use and found the hat I wanted to order quickly.
A gift box at £3.99 is automatically added to the order so please make sure that if you don't want one to remove. This caught me out and did not realise until I had placed the order. I messaged company to ask for it to be removed however did not see my message when I received an email to say order was being shipped following day. Replied to the email and left a message on the ansaphone and gift box was removed from my order and refund provided.
