Easy to use website and very efficient customer service. They quickly corrected my order details when contacted about a failed order through a 'marketing company'. The delivery was fast, the price good. Impressive! My granddaughter loves the set although she hasn't yet quite worked out how to use it properly.

The guy who i spoke to was rude unhelpful and needs to learn customer service.. issie was i paid for a item and was sent out only one when infact even b and q said i order a set of 4.

Delivery was really quick and items are as advertised, and of great quality.
I also received my refund for item not required within 5 days
