I've done a few online deals with Dan at The Match Day Shop. All have been good. This time I did a near 400 mile round trip to his shop to conclude a heavyweight deal. This was even better. It's an impressive shop, in a fantastic location, with a great range of quality items. Dan & his staff are top guys to chat to & do business with. It's a must go to place for any Arsenal fan.

I ordered an Arsenal framed print on Saturday 5th July for my grandson’s birthday and received an immediate order confirmation by Email. A further maiI the next day confirmed that my order was on its way and this was delivered Monday 7th by Royal Mail tracked service.

Order not fulfilled. Had to chase, poor comms. Owner went (or was already) on holiday when placed order. Subsequently (1 week after order placed) got stuck in (I presume) Israel. Whilst should have chased sooner, it is now too late to procure an alternate product for son's birthday. Only good point was prompt refund once had raised query.

Excellent service and so quick at responding. Always good to know that they’re equally as good if things aren’t quite right and rectify things very quickly and efficiently- thank you.

still waiting for the item - which is not a problem in itself, but fact that you are unaware of the fact (i did call last week to check when was likely to arrive) doesnt make the 'experience' any better
