Extremely unprofessional i ordered a mattress and received something completely different and once i called in for a return they said i need to ship it my self which is soo hard to do soo and the manager will contact me and iv been waiting for 10 days for them to contact me. I also get different people calling me from their company saying they are the company owners. Please save ur money and dont order from their website as they are the biggest scam and i will put this in social media to make people aware of their website.

Brilliant service. Delivered on the day they said they would. And came to replace the bed after the supplier had made a mistake. Can’t fault them.

What a great place. Went in on a Friday. The lovely lady in the shop helped us choose the perfect mattress. Delivered by Sean Monday. He carried it up 2 flights of stairs. Thank you Mattress World.

Fast and reliable in that had a call from Sean from mattress world. He told me exactly what would happen re delivery etc. All as he said plus great mattress arrived .from buying this mattress to delivery was very quick 4 days.

Scam artists. I was sent a faulty mattress, it developed a dip within two weeks. After originally agreeing to arrange a collection and organising a replacement they stopped replying, then I got messages saying that I had done something to the mattress, and that I was out of the 30 day guarantee. They have no understanding of consumer rights, as if a mattress has a 30 day guarantee, and are refusing to collect even though the product is faulty. After months of stress, and without an adequate mattress, I now have to seek outside legal help to escalate the issue and get the replacement or refund. Given my experience and how shadily this company operate, it wouldn't surprise me if half of these reviews are written by them.

I expect a response to this accusing me of doing something wrong, don't pay any attention to it, they'll say anything to avoid operating as a legitimate, responsible company. I have nothing to gain out of this, I just want to be able to use the mattress I paid over £300 for.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. The bed is out of this world! Really good quality and the comfort is the best. We are so impressed and would recommend to anyone!!

Sean fulfilled our needs with exactly what we were after. We bought a luxurious bed at a reasonable price. He came and built the bed for us and made sure everything was to our liking. Would 100% buy from Mattress World again and would highly recommend to anybody. Service definitely 10/10

Absolutely disgusting to even write such comments on your review due to the fact you are clearly telling such LIES, during any calls as you clearly stated to me they have been recorded so you and anybody else can listen to them. I have NEVER once swore at you, I have NEVER once been aggressive to you or Lorraine, this is absolutely disgusting behaviour due to the FACTS that I have raised in my complaint, it was YOURSELF that delivered a “made up” mattress with no brand or manufacturer details on the mattress, I chose not to keep YOUR choice of a mattress which is NOT an upgraded mattress whatsoever, it is a piece of sponge. I do not understand how you can make up such LIES wen all I have done is stated TRUE FACTS, you are just being awkward in not collecting YOUR failed attempt of selling cheaper products absolutely appalling behaviour

I have got every text message I have sent to yourselves not 1 message shows myself being abusive or swearing, I have got legal advice it is not upto myself to return, as per yourself & Lorraine both have given myself dates to collect you are just bring obstructive and refusing to collect
