Brought access to the app, decided on pay monthly basis so I could see if it was any good. I didn’t like the meals, (personal preference nothing wrong with the recipes) however after emailing numerous times over several weeks to request to cancel, I’ve had no response whatsoever. Really disappointing and have now had to cancel through my bank

The app was bought last year it consists of pre downloaded recipes you can get from anywhere. . You record your weight and connect to MyFitnessPal. For steps to come through. You upload pictures of your food. No input from John. He even has a slimming world consultant who basically her and one other person he has to upload pictures of there food. Which becomes same picture. Waste of money you pay to upload your own pictures of your food. Recipes found elsewhere for free. Don’t recommend

Absolute vile human being! Is a bully and Harasses people online and personally targets them! Promotes “healthy lifestyle” yet telling people online who seeking help or advice ( it’s not in your price range) he replied to one women. Like what she asked you a question? Then to go onto TikTok to see this vile “man” in people comment sections or lives they do and being absolutely degrading to these people Who don’t even know this guy is until he comes up in there comments or lives.. Where may I add? He clearly stalk him because he does it on a daily basis until they notice and comment!!! He then goes onto abuse them after he’s blocked them!!! I would stay far far far away from this vile disgusting creature

Bullying others on online. Telling them here to big. Will not follow a person that thinks it ok to bully someone because of here size. You clearly need some education on how to treat others full stop! And blocking them just because you don't like what they say Is sad.

Regularly abusing women he doesn't know on social media calling them fat and belittling those trying to lose weight for their meal choices. Disgraceful behaviour. He seems to forget he was severely obese at one point, serious narcissist. Wouldn't line his pockets with a single penny.

The Tupperware sold by this individual is essentially standard Tupperware, readily available from retailers like Asda or Tesco, without any distinguishing features. My concerns began after reading his book, prompting me to reach out to him on social media to inquire about his qualifications. To my surprise, he promptly blocked me. Additionally, I discovered a live session in which he made degrading comments about women who are on a dieting journey and individuals with disabilities, which I found quite troubling. He has also posted several videos that criticize and demean women based on their looks and diets. He also likes to comment disgusting comments on others videos where women are documenting their journey or trying on new clothing. A simple online search revealed that he lacks any formal qualifications and was even dropped by his book publishing company. Furthermore, it appears he has a criminal history related to violence against women on multiple occasions. I wish I had been aware of these factors prior to purchasing his book.

This guy scams people into buying information that is readily available for free online. I have seen him numerous times on social media bullying and belittling other people. He is a criminal in more ways than one. I would never give this waste of energy a penny of my money.

This man’s whole business is centred around helping people lose weight. However, all over his social media he attacks people (mostly women) about their body shape and size. He is highly unprofessional, misogynistic, hateful and prejudice. It’s about time his social media account were taking down and that his business is called into question due to his behaviours

Wow! I cannot believe he continues to get away with conning people and taking people’s hard earned money.

Firstly, he started offering 1-1 coaching and asking people to sign up. Then an email came with his prices….£2,000 for 12 weeks per person, littered with spelling mistakes, no GDPR policy, no refund policy set out within the email and no mention of his qualifications.

He then had a complete meltdown on social media as someone (well within their rights) replied to his email and stated all the above. He must have realised what he was charging was ludicrous for someone not qualified, so he backtracked and stated if people bought his app, he would do a draw in January and pick people to get the 1-1 coaching for free.

This, I now realise, has been done to get people to buy his app, which by the way are all stolen pictures and recipes (I have searched the food pictures from his App and they are stolen from various sites) American recipes such as “Smores”

The draw for the free 1-1 coaching has never been mentioned since.

Anyway….to the point. I messaged him on Instagram asking when the draw would be happening for the 1-1 coaching for people who bought the App. Instantly I was blocked. Unable to message, unable to reply to stories or unable to go on his page!

All that was, was a ploy to get people to purchase his app with stolen recipes and pictures. It’s extremely dishonest and he is conning people out of hard earned money. How is he allowed to get away with it? It’s disgusting behaviour and I hope to god he gets cancelled.

John Clark displays himself as an honest and trustworthy man, willing to offer advice to anyone who asks. However, when you seek that advice you get an onslaught of insults.
It was shocking how misogynistic he was; it’s honestly ironic when most of his clients are women.
There’s not an honest bone in this man’s body. Great way to start the New Year.

I have followed him for years, before and during his drink episode and then after. Wish I had researched him before because he such an unpleasant and untalented human. He belittles anyone that challenges or disagrees with him. He states he cares but how can a genuinely caring person be so mean spirited?

Recently I bought his app after he stated on his Instagram that first 500 purchasers would be entered into a draw for free 1-2-1 coaching. I purchased and then all went quiet. I then messaged him to ask when the draw would take place and he said he’d changed his mind, that people expect everything for free and he could no longer support that. Wait what? He offered this, I did not ask for ‘free’. When I asked for a refund he was at first ‘sure’ but then became belligerent and swore at me. I can’t make this stuff up. Gets better though. He then blocked me. So I emailed him, politely requesting an immediate refund and he replies, swearing at me and calling me a BEG - what is that even? Then accused me of being a peasant….then some more. I mean, what a horrid man to respond with so much poison and hate. He doesn’t know me. Actually he doesn’t know who he is directing that verbal onslaught to, it could be someone a lot more emotionally vulnerable.

Anyway, long story short, please avoid. But if you are like me and finding this out after the fact, then share your experience so that more people can be aware of the person they will or are dealing with.

What a hateful hateful hateful human being. This man uses social media to influence weight loss but chastises any other way of losing weight that isn’t his way or the highway. He uses social media like Instagram to voice his opinion and upon receipt and an opinion that differs to his - he proceeds to berate you on your own social mediate platform where his followers can’t see his comments. He is a foul human being with a very dark conscious with next to no regard for other people (or women). He’s a known drunk and possibly the WORST person to follow for any kind of life advice.

Ladies stay away from this man, he is a convicted women abuser. He continues daily to search for women online using weight loss, when he has been described as a violent man who is a high risk to women

Promoting weight loss whilst sending me messages saying he hates fat women tells you all you need to know about this awful man. Very unprofessional and a horrible person.

Biggs up his app which is a complete waste of money, features are basic and useless. Wish I had seen a certain website before I wasted my money. Claims to be loaded but companies house doesn't reflect this. Happy to say I switched to a well known body coach and its 1000× better. TMPK attitude is shocking in the app. Everything is the problem apart from the app. Avoid at all costs.

Do not take any advice from this person
He appears to have no qualifications in nutrition or any relevant field
The recipes are very similar to others available free on the internet and at best very basic
He is proudly misogynistic for some strange reason which tells you everything about the level of integrity and ability you receive, like a pound shop Tate
