He is a misogynistic bully. When asked, he will not give you any sort of price, tell you what you are getting for your money nor will he tell you his qualifications. He has stated if you ask for his qualifications, thats a wrong question and will therefore not be allowed to sign up.
The way he speaks to women is absolutely appalling.
He calls you “stupid” and “thick” for not asking the “correct” questions! Who would want an online coach like that?
He bullies women and calls them fat. Look at these reviews and the reviews for his app.
He tells you his coaching will not be ‘cheap’ but if you fail to ask the correct question he is looking for you will be rejected anyway.
He wants payment in “full” upfront no option to pay as you go, as he knows people will most definitely either leave his so called service or ask for their money back!

This guy has no customer service skills what’s so ever. Will ignore your query and then be extremely unprofessional and shut you down if you dare chase your initial query for a response. I believe his aim was to belittle me.
With single line responses such as ‘blocked’ when you ask if you can have a resend of a digital download as link didn’t work. This guy shows no care for his customers and after reading previous responses I am not sure how this guy keeps his fake demeanour amongst social media.

Y’all, this guy is emotionally unbalanced. I requested to cancel my subscription and immediately he started insulting me. Making assumptions about my weight, telling me “no app will help me”, I need a therapist, etc etc. it was a $60 investment and he’s freaking out over my leave. I didn’t even ask for a refund, just unsubscribe. I recommended he take the money I gave him and invest in some professional development - in emotional intelligence. It’s not worth it. This dude sucks.

John is totally disfunctional now, he’s total output is his dogs and getting his steps in, oh and continuously going on about being an alcoholic and how great he is . All rather boring and when I asked him about his lack of meal prep output he messaged me, telling me I’m a f##king degenerate!
He’s is now pushing vitamins and supplements instead of proper food. And states that low fat 5% minced beef is dieting bullsh1t .we should all eat 20% fat minced beef!!
I have queried if he actually has any nutritional qualifications , contacting the health and nutrition companies on his website, and they have no record of him or his fake qualification’s. Be warned !

Emailed John regarding my order, to which he telephoned me personally.
The abuse was unbelievable, to which I hung up.
I then recieved messages calling me an embarrassment.
Then a voice mail full of abuse....

Abusive, vile little man who sends people derogatory messages on instagram. Has a real gripe with women in general.

Is obvious his ex did most of the brand work, even after being rid of him for ages he was still posting slurs against her on social media as as soon as the criminal charges were posted about him he went on a massive rant about women and fat people... apparently he hates them.. his main audience 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

This man is a bully, he comments on videos body shaming them. He is also sexist and racist. Vile.

I purchased his book back in May of 2023 and still have yet to receive it. I’ve tried reaching out to him on multiple occasions with absolutely no luck. He finally reached back out today claiming there was some 21 day policy that I had (which isn’t stated anywhere on the website), and called me a “fuckind idiot”. Waste of money and a terrible human being, and still no book…

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with TMPK . Not only was my product not delivered, but the way he handled the situation was unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite multiple emails, I received abusive responses and no resolution. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way. Buyers beware: think twice before trusting

Not even worthy of one star.....stupidly paid for his app, it's a waste of money....didn't link to my fitness pal as promised, was told it's user error...asked for a "refund please" to which he replied I was "just down right rude and no manners"...then he blocked me from the app and said "now get some fxcking manners and come back" you couldn't even pay me to go back to such a vile, useless excuse of a "coach"

This man is absolutely vile ! The way he replies to peoples comments calling them thick , lazy , scruffy c#%ts . All he’s interested in is getting peoples money . He’s the king of excuses , never meal preps , binge eats & steels other peoples recipes . Who would follow the meal prep king when he doesn’t meal prep ! Who would follow someone for weightloss advice when he’s still losing weight himself after 20 years ! He spouts all this advice but doesn’t follow it himself . Tells people they are making excuses when all he does is make excuses . The man doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about & rather than help people he degrades them !

It would be lower if I could. This disgusting man sent horrendous emails following a friend leaving his App. He actually called her fat,lazy and a cxxt. All because she decided to leave it seems his character is not about helping anyone it’s about the money. Please do not be fooled by fancy Facebook pages.

I’m in complete disbelief after seeing the abusing and vile messages you send people!! Calling people fat lazy c**ts! Disgusting behaviour! You have absolutely no place advising or helping people in the industry and I worry for anyone that puts their money and faith in your hands!

** update - he just went out of my way to email me abuse after blocking me from the app.
I signed up to the app, not used it for awhile asked him to cancel it because I have other stuff going on and I got a load of abuse call me lazy, fat etc etc the last message was him referring to me as a Scuffy Cint!!!
Avoid…. There are plenty of free apps that do the same thing. Or a lot nicer people out there.
He will only say it’s because people are haters… haters are created!!

Avoid avoid avoid! Stupidly purchased this app and quickly realised it’s basically just my fitness pal (which you can use for free), some uninspiring recipes and boring workouts. Couldn’t find a way to cancel it so had to message to ask for support. Received abuse about me being lazy and having excuses- No mate just don’t want to waste my money! Complete ****!

After reading the review below, I took a trip to Tattle Life, the app that I purchased for £99 (special deal) containing 500 new recipes, are actually just copied recipes from Google! They have even found the originals and photos of copied recipes! This man claims to be The Meal Prep King is using other people's recipes, quite a shambles from a recipe book author!

I stupidly bought this app because a friend recommended it. Wish I’d realised what a conman he is. The app is total rubbish. It’s like nonsense a school child would write in a journal. 1. No secret eating. 2. Cook from scratch. 3. Self care. These are only some of his personal 1-1 plan. On researching him, I find out what a horrible man he is. You just have to google The meal prep king drama, he’s cruel, and not an ounce of intelligence. More fool me. Apparently there is a website called Tattle Life I’ve just read what all these people are saying about him.
