WiFi Bridge isn’t good and support is non responsive
I’ve received my second WiFi Bridge and setup isn’t working. I’ve submitted a support request almost a week ago and no response. The first one I purchased worked intermittently but the 5 probes have bought over the years and app work great! If support was better and the WiFi bridge worked I would give 5 stars but I may have to switch to a competitor because we need to be able to check data via Wii from anywhere, anytime.

I previously had a different model that…
I previously had a different model that failed. Had it for over a year. Working with great tech support I was able to upgrade a replacement since it was out of warranty
I got the replacement immediately had a minor issue with firmware but it was resolved immediately. I can’t say enough about this company and its ongoing support. I would recommend this company anytime.

Meatstick v is terrible the older models had no connectivity issues I tried and tried but temperatures would be at 160 then to 77 and then at times shutoff poor quality

Thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry for the issues you’re facing. As mentioned in your support ticket, there’s a known issue affecting some iOS devices when using our latest firmware, which uses Bluetooth 5 LE Long Range Mode to improve signal and range. On some iOS versions, this can causes the phone to read the wrong temperature from the Stick, causing it to show incorrect readings (e.g., 77°F instead of 160°F), even though the correct temperature is still being received and shared by the WiFi Smart Base which is why you see it jumping up and down.
Restarting Bluetooth or the phone resolves this for the cook.
We’re rolling out a firmware update to fully fix this and expect it to be available soon.
I purchased the product in early 2025…
I purchased the product in early 2025 and used it maybe five times. After that it broke (the stick would not connect to the base). The company had me try a number of different experiments to get it to work, insisting that it was how I was installing it into the base. After about 5 weeks and a slew of tests, the company agreed it was defective and to replace it. When I shipped it back, I shipped the stick and base. The company only wanted the stick back so they charged me $10.00 to ship back my base. I've only used it once since and it seems to be working.

To clarify, your first message came in on April 6. After walking through a few standard troubleshooting steps, we confirmed the issue and arranged your replacement on April 15. We know testing can be a bit of a hassle, but it helps ensure we’re solving the right problem.
To speed things up, we sent the replacement first and asked that only the stick be returned. That way, you could get cooking again faster. Otherwise, you would have had to wait for us to receive and confirm the return before sending anything out.
Our return instructions clearly stated to send back only the stick and not the charger or any other accessories. It also noted that if additional items were included, a $10 shipping and handling fee would apply to cover the cost of returning them. Since the base was sent in error, that fee was applied.
We're glad your replacement is working now. If anything else comes up, feel free to reach out. We're always happy to help.

Kan ikke holde forbindelsen, kan ikke oprette forbindelse, viser ikke korrekt temperatur, Bridgen er noget ustabilt skrammel…
Utroligt man kan lave sådan en omgang billig og ubrugelig møg termometer til så mange penge…

The MeatStick V is a great temperature probe
The MeatStick V is a great cooking tool. Easy to use. The customer service is very good. When I had issues with the MeatStick not reading temperatures properly they replaced the probe.

MeatStick V
I purchased the MeatStick V. It works great. Easy to setup and has multiple sensors which help with getting the proper cook. The app works great as well.
