I don’t think i’ll ever be able to express my gratitude to Dr Stevens and the team at TMHC. I reached out to them after extensive research, and it was clear that the clinic was one of the very few Doctor led practices.

My treatment with the NHS was not fit for purpose and within 2 months with TMHC, I have my life back. No more anger, depression, anxiety or fatigue. No more ‘hi low’ yoyo’ing. Dr Stevens has even been kind enough to advise and provide documentation to my GP so they can start the process to fund my treatment via the NHS.

I feel like I can be myself again and be the dad my princess deserves.

Dr Rob Stevens has been my HRT doctor and provider for the past year and I’ve experienced nothing but first class care and treatment by him and his team. I finally found a medic who took the time to listen and now I have my life back in terms of mood energy and libido. I’ve been looked after by Dr Stevens for the last few years at The Men’s Health Clinic. I’ve experienced nothing but first class care by him and his team. He has a direct no nonsense approach, but in the world of TRT there is so much hearsay and noise I’ve come to value the importance of trusting his medical opinion. At nearly 43 my mood, sleep, sex life, energy, health and fitness have never been better.

I’ve been with The Men’s Health Clinic for several years. I trust Doc Stevens and his team to look after me, and they do – competently, consistently, and with good humour. After years of feeling ‘off’, both mentally and physically, they have helped me return to normal. Life is good.

Doc Stevens is a no-nonsense, straightforward man, yet his compassion shines through. If you’re going through tough times, he is the guide you need.

It’s not an overnight fix and it takes effort to own other aspects of your life: sleep, diet, exercise, and attitude. But if you are prepared to make the effort and take responsibility for your wellbeing, then there’s no better team to help you on the road to being normal once again.

Dr Stevens and his superb professional and very very knowledgeable team who always respond super fast are in my opinion the best in business. I am also a healthcare professional and have been around 25 years. I know good care when I see it. The clinic itself is purpose built in good location and is wonderfully designed and set up nicely.

You are seen listened to and dealt with appropriately which after a possible few years worth of very upsetting symptoms and well below par care by Gp and Endo will in itself facilitate a mood shift straight away. Everything you need is at the clinic and you can take an in body test on the cool gadget with Hannah who will skilfully explain everything. Clients come from around the world to see the clinic staff here. I’m very happy with Dr Stevens he’s a character and I believe the best in his field at understanding this condition and us men. 5 stars from me to everyone at the Mens health clinic. Keith.

After being failed by the NHS dr Steven’s was recommended to us from someone in the military community. My partner has been a patient for over 2 years now & I can’t thank dr Steven’s for helping us get Dan’s life back on track. Never have we had a dr who actually listens & cares about what his patients are going through. We travel all the way from Manchester & it’s totally worth it. My partner was actually at the brink of suicide before we met with dr Steven’s. I can’t recommend this clinic enough....

I’m extremely pleased I made that tough decision to visit Dr Stevens’ clinic, just 6-months ago. I really wasn’t enjoying the transition into middle age but after this surprisingly short period of time, I’m fitter and healthier than I have ever been in my lifetime. Ive struggled for years with feeling ill-at-ease with myself and my abilities, but the benefits of now having healthy testosterone levels have been far reaching - it’s not just the ‘obvious’ aspects of my life that have been improved, but work, too, with better attention to detail, amongst others, as the surprising and totally unexpected benefits.

After being told by the NHS I would have to wait another year after presenting initial bloodwork and symptoms, I began to research my options both online and from private clinics.

It was clear that the men's health clinic was the only practice in the UK that offered an individually tailored approach from 'real' doctors.

From initial contact and consultation to over one year later on treatment, it is clear that Dr Stevens and his team provide the best standard of care available in the UK, if not in Europe or beyond.

TRT is not a one size fits all solution and every case is different. You will be treated as an individual and all your concerns will be addressed. The standard of service from the rest of team is second to none.

TRT has been life changing. Whatever you do, do not settle for less than the best when it comes to your physical or mental health, and can not recommend the men's health clinic highly enough!

I've been with The Men's Health Clinic for about a year now, and am both happy and impressed.

The organisation and care from the clinic team is excellent - I've rarely had to wait more than a few hours for a reply to email questions, and when I had a complicated situation regarding my treatment and travelling overseas, the team were very helpful in sorting out alternatives for me.

The depth of knowledge at TMHC is obvious, and the results speak for themselves. At my first consultation, Dr Stephens took a great deal of time to understand my situation, and to explain the pros and cons of starting treatment and gave a full explanation of what was involved in the treatment. The follow-ups have been comprehensive and useful.

The Doc is a champ! His help turned my life around and if it is a hormone related issue; you wouldn’t find a better option. The clinic is diligent with their services and true to their patients. Everyone part of the team is super friendly. I would recommend Dr. Stevens and his team to everyone needing HRT. I travelled from Pakistan; while the country was on a red list - had to quarentine in a hotel for 10 days. This dedication should give you a proof of how much I trust Dr. Stevens and his team!

These guys are highly knowledgeable regarding TRT. After you’ve been here you will wonder why you ever bothered with the NHS !

I was seen to by Felix yesterday, very friendly and helpful - went into great detail and took the time explaining how TRT works including how the human body responds to it. Felix has expert knowledge in his field.

The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star. Lydia the receptionist was also lovely, friendly and great first impressions for the business.

One thing to note is the initial consultation and starter medications are a little costly, BUT the ongoing treatment is very reasonably priced. In my opinion well worth the money.

2 years ago I was diagnosed with an Auto Immune disease that presents itself / closely resembles Rheumatoid Arthritis. I've taken multiple drugs to treat this disease.

To put my condition into perspective I went from running 3 5ks a week, gym x5 days a week, rugby, kickboxing and football to not being able to dress myself or walk. The condition totally exploded and just tore through me and I've had to relearn everything from walking onwards over the last year and a bit.

I started looking into TRT as the last part of what I think was a missing puzzle piece to level out the playing field. There is some evidence and studies that link low Testosterone levels to inflammatory diseases, so when I had my disease relatively under control I added in the trt through TMHC

Coupled with the autoimmune disease I also had all of the symptoms of low Testosterone - erectile dysfunction , brain fog, weight gain, depersonalisation, depression etc.

I started treatment with TMHC 6 months ago;
Since starting TRT my RA symptoms have decreased substantially, I am now only on 2 treatments vs the several before the TRT and the condition is still improving.
Alongside this all of the traditional low testosterone symptoms disappeared as well.

I've followed the advice of Dr Stevens to the letter both with protocol, lifestyle, nutrition and sleep and can truthfully say that the difference it has made in the last 6 months is like night and day.
Not only has it been a part in reducing the doses and stopping some of the drugs I was taking for my arthritis, it has also made me feel like myself again. This sounds cliche but it's lifted the grey curtain which was over my eyes and I can see in colour again.
The brain fog has passed, my drive and determination is back, I can make decisions with clarity, progress in the gym has resumed and I feel like a younger man in the bedroom again.

If you're at the start of diagnosis and treatment it feels like an awful never ending thing, but with the right treatment and care it does get better. Dr Stevens and his team provide this level of care. Trust them and trust the process

Really well organised. The consultation with an easy manner, sensitivity and detailed approach gave me a lot of confidence that I’ve made a good decision.

Dr Stevens is the best doctor in the UK when it comes to TRT. I just wish the surgery was closer
