Essential info
I spoke with Customer Services who highlighted a video demonstrating how to adapt pencil pleat curtains for hanging on curtain poles. Being unfamiliar with the process I was armed with information of necessary accessories to purchase. This I found extremely helpful.

I very recently made a purchase from "The Mill Shop" for the first time, excellent service, I've used them again and the service was once again supberb.
Delivery, packaging and most importantly the voile is fabulous for the cost of it.

Workmanship of the curtains were poor
Workmanship of the curtains were poor. On one piece the inner lining was longer than then curtain. Stitching had to be repaired is several places and inner lining cut back to repaired. Poor quality for the price. Have photos prior to repair.

Everything was seemless
Everything was seemless, except for Royal Mail misplacing my parcel for a couple a days, because it's Christmas, but that's not The Mill Shop's fault. Door curtain and cushions are pretty and reasonably priced.
