Great customer service from.start to…

Great customer service from.start to finish, rushed and order though for me. Changed it from delivery to collection at the last minute no issues, very responsive to email.
Deposit returned in short time. Product immaculate.

These people are amazing!

These people are amazing! I walked across town from the hospital to buy a rollator for my Mum, who has been hospitalised whilst on holiday with us in Ireland. Ruth helped me find the right one and order it online in time to get it brough from the warehouse before they closed. She then went above and beyond by giving me a lift back to the hospital, as we couldn't get a taxi! Cannot sing their praises highly enough - thank you so much Ruth! (And the rollator is perfect too :-))

Terrible Experience

I've rented the steerable knee walker to help me move around (I've a broken foot) and I did not use it because I could not lock in the pole properly. I've asked for assistance but even though I couldn't do it (It doesn't come with any instruction).
Called them to return the item they said they wouldn't refund me because its not broken so I left this giant knee walker in my living room for the whole rental period without use it. The day that they were coming to collet, I did not put it the box. I though DPD would have a box. The guy refused to take it and He was pretty rude. I asked him to wait one minute so I would put it in the box and he said he cant wait one minute and left. Called the mobility shop again, the attend said that this is common sense (rude again) and all the information was in the terms and conditions. I still having the box here so Ill leave it ready for collection another day (DPD doesn't come twice in a day) and I don't know if I will get the 100 euros back but for sure I deeply regret of renting with this shop. I only wasted money because I didn't use it, nobody there is whiling to help, people are rude delivery a terrible costumer service and I would suggest you read their terms and conditions very carefully and then shop elsewhere.

All of our rental products are fully inspected and serviced before dispatch, and our customer support team is always available to provide assistance if anything is unclear during the rental period. We regret if you found the assembly challenging without instructions — we will review this to see where additional guidance could be helpful.

Regarding the return, our rental terms (confirmed at the time of booking and again by email) do require that items are repacked in the original box and ready for the courier. As DPD is a third-party courier, their drivers are not able to wait while items are packed or provide packing materials, which is why keeping the original box is important. This process is in place to ensure items can be collected promptly, serviced, and made available for the next customer without delay.

We appreciate your frustration and will ensure your feedback is noted for internal review. For future customers, we kindly highlight that following the packing and return instructions is essential so that refunds and deposits can be processed smoothly - as well as to be conscious that other customers may have rented the item after your rental and delaying a return can impact them.
