Never received my rug. It's been over two months, and despite four emails, I've had no communication from this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Appalling customer service!
Appalling customer service!
Delivery was quick, but everything after that was a nightmare. Returning my item took five courier attempts(which I was charged twice). I was repeatedly told a refund had been issued, but weeks later I was still out of pocket. Emails and calls were ignored, leaving me no option but to escalate with PayPal. Thankfully, PayPal resolved it.
Buy with caution and always use PayPal

Rug as yet not received but paid for
I ordered the rug, paid for rug but as yet not received the rug.... until I receive this rug I'm beginning to think it's a scam. I have tried phoning the store but no one picks up.

If I could this company would be getting no stars! Customer service needs a serious improvement!
They asked me to remove my previous review!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. First of all my order wasn’t fulfilled( which I had to chase them up for) They made me aware that the item was out of stock and they would process my refund right away. I am still awaiting for this refund to be put back into my bank, I have given them plenty of time to resolve this issues.
This whole situation has caused me unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious of ordering from this company, as they failed to fulfill my order and process my refund within the timeframe they provided.
