From Start till finish Kevin and Louise were amazing and so efficient I can not say enough about them , I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends absolutely brilliant they went over and above for me, I didnt know where to start and they totally sorted everything out and were always just on the other end of the phone whenever I needed advice. I entered this process expecting to be told that I was too old to get a mortgage as a first time buyer. However from my first conversation with Louise she made me believe that there was no reason to think I couldn’t. Louise and Kevin have been there for me and my wife every step of the way. They made sure we always felt supported and went out of their way to make sure we understood every step. This isn’t always easy when dealing with me as my autism means I usually need minute detail in order to feel comfortable. At no point was I ever made to feel that I was asking too much or even that I was being a pain. We now have a house with a completion date in the not too distant future.
