I can only assume that this is a scam company...

Sent over all of my personal details.... bank, passport etc etc and then the company stopped responding for the next 10 days.

I have tried 3 different email addresses and the only phone number I can find.

Please do not use.

Brilliant service provided by Louise and the team to get us our first mortgage using the NSSE scheme. Helped us every step of the way and kept us right in which is a very complex process. Even when we kept panicking Louise kept us right and told us it would all be okay which it was! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a mortgage. Richard & Dana

Louise made my first buying experience totally stress free. She explained everything to me and reassured me through the whole process. She responded to every query or concern (no matter how daft) and was in constant communication with updates on my mortgage application. Once my offer was accepted, Louise was able to process my application in no time.

I remember asking Steven for an advise about my circumstance as I am a self-employed under an umbrella company with no idea on how to start. The level of customer service is outstanding, my adviser went above and beyond and dealt with all the stresses involved in finding a mortgage lender. Not only did he find me the best deal, he also consistently kept me updated and managed to get a preapproval within 1 day, amazing! I never felt so relaxed, he reassured me he would do whatever possible to ensure I can get the house and that he did.

Louise was most helpful when we were ready to remortgage. We now have a new deal in place and she is keeping an eye on rates in case they go down to get us an improved offer! A real personal service :)

Louise made the whole process from start to finish so easy. She got me an offer within a day and as soon as my bid was accepted she was straight on it and kept me up to date with the progress. She is very professional, reliable and I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again in the future!

Literally the best person ever!
Didn’t think I was able to get a mortgage but Louise took a few details from me, ran me through the system and a day later had a Morgage on principal. She told me go look for a house, found one and put an offer in and got back to her, she sent in for the mortgage to be completed. 2 weeks of back and forth emails with lender and in constant communication with me. working hard to get this to the finish line all I can say is she got the job done and I can’t thank her enough.

Steven (Saunders) has been a very helpful adviser and expert through out the entire process. I talked to him for 2 different properties and has been transparent and honest... in short the expert you would expect for such mortgage process. No doubt, I would strongly recommend him and told him that I would go back to him for any future project if needed.

Louise made the whole process very smooth and organised our mortgage change very quickly for us. Everything was explained very clearly and Louise worked with me to offer the deal we were hoping for. Cant recommend highly enough and will definitely use again.
