Phenomenal service, and the speed of arranging our mortgage was so fast!

I'd like to thank The Mortgage Brokers Scotland for their excellent customer service. As a first time buyer it can be difficult to navigate the various steps and procedures for purchasing a home and Steven was a tremendous help in both securing a good mortgage deal and walking me through the various stages of home buying.

The whole experience was absolutely first class, Louise and Rebecca are extremely knowledgeable and on point with the whole process from start to finish and constantly keeping me in the loop and giving first rate advice, and very friendly an absolute joy to work with.

Louise was so helpful in assisting us with a mortgage. We could have not been more lucky with the advice we received from start to finish. It was a very smooth and easy process with no stress. Thank you so much for the amazing work you have done!

Steven & Rebecca were fantastic. After being told elsewhere we would be unable to get a mortgage, Steven managed to get us a great offer. Rebecca then kept us informed & provided regular updates from the lender, highly highly recommend!!

Steven’s help and advice in getting my first mortage over the line was second to none. A 5 star advisor. The process was simplified and his response times were so great they are almost unheard of. I would strongly recommend him to any first time buyer, he got me a deal I didn’t even think was possible in my position and made me realise I can in fact buy the property I desire. Me and my partner had so much help and support on our house buying journey. The mortgage broker Scotland, in particular our broker Louise made the process so much smoother and easier to understand and we really appreciated the time and effort she put in. Being first time buyers we knew nothing about buying houses and the processes involved, we received so much support, reassurance and attentiveness to help us whenever we needed it, no matter how small the query. Everything was always explained thoroughly and we were given the best advice through out based on our personal needs.

The advisor and administrator that have been working with me have been exceptionally helpful, keeping me up to date immediately and making every easy to understand for me. They have been contactable even after work hours when I have had difficulty in understanding something, and have helped to make everything clear to me.

I have always felt very comfortable and confident that everyone has been working with MY best interest in mind, and have worked to find solutions to any obstacles that came up during the process. This is very refreshing and welcome in todays world.

Louise and Rebecca were excepcional!
They are a great team. Chasing daily, calling the bank, keeping us informed and making things happen. This is the way that they work. Couldn’t recommend enough. In less than 30 days we had our brilliant home sorted, which was extremely quick compared to the market and financial situation.

I cannot praise this organisation enough. We absolutely would not have managed to find the deal that we did without the fantastic help of Louise. Even when faced with stumbling blocks she remained positive and persistent in finding the right mortgage product for us and we are now 5 weeks loving in our dream forever home! Once we had our mortgage offer Rebecca stepped in and pulled together all the information we required to complete the application and was equally as responsive and knowledgable as Louise. You can tell the team all work very well together and have a fantastic knowledge of the markets.

The icing on the cake was a few days into your new home a lovely move in surprise arrived. Very lovely and personal touch.
