The Music Bank Knaresborough Opiniones

Excellent advice and products available. One of the few good guitar music shops left in Yorkshire. Time was given in a relaxed atmosphere to choose what was right. Demonstration also given and history of make and model. Excellent service.

Fast delivery ,well packaged .Great service.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable.

Everything for the discerning rock god is here at Music Bank! Tuition, advice and kit as well as friendly banter.

Another excellent visit to TMB for electrical upgrades to one of my basses.
Cheers guys 🍻 1st class service as always 👌

I bought a used Encore Electric Strat syle guitar. The music Banks description of the guitars conditions was more than fair. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Paul was always ready with an update in his friendly style
I thought what was done to the mixer was of good value and it was returned clean and in great working order
Highly recommended!!

The guitar technician did a good job adjusting the neck action on my 2009 Gibson Flying V. Now it feels much better to play and the sustain has improved even more.

Always great help and service in this place.

I took my mandolin for renovation and received excellent service at all levels. From the moment I walked in the shop I was greeted in a friendly welcoming manner. Paul kept me updated at each stage in the renovation process explaining everything he was doing. It was clear that Paul is very passionate about his work which is of an extremely high standard.

Although the Order which was paid for and failed to be dispatched, the company refunded me 100% and sent the Order FOC.

This company shows customer respect and keep to their word

Nathan was extremely helpful so we went back and bought the electric guitar, amp and all the bits we needed.

Great bunch of people. Can’t recommend enough 👍🏾

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff guided me through different options. The big disappointment was that after finally making my choice I was informed at the checkout that the item had been priced wrongly and was around £200 more expensive! I couldn’t afford it so had to choose a cheaper alternative.

Very knowledgeable staff who take the time to ensure you buy the correct gear

The person who served me was friendly and very knowledgable. It’s great to have a music shop in Knaresborough.

Wonderful place. Always made welcoming all the staff. Quite happy for you to just pop in and browse. Very good teaching service with excellent exam results. Highly recommended *******❤️

Very helpful - I ordered a good guality guitar, and when I arrived to collect it, it had already been set up (and action lowered).
