The Music Bank Knaresborough Opiniones

Very good company who sorted everything out.i would highly recommend this company who are very friendly and helpful. Dont hesitate to buy from them thanks for everything Bob

Great service, thanks

My last visit was just for a few small items but these guys are always helpful and generous with their time

Brought my takemine guitar in for a minor repair which was dealt with on the spot. Great service.

Informative and helpful staff

Excellent service as always I had my epiphone wildkat booked in for a setup the guitar now plays beautifully and will no longer just stay sat in its case. I also picked up a few other bits and would 100% recommend music bank.

Paul took set up and acoustic for me in hours from when I dropped it off and I was given it back to take it home and play an almost new guitar. I had previously been thinking of selling and getting another but Paul’s great work and advice of switching to the Elixir strings has pretty much turned my old guitar into a new one, it plays better than any acoustic I can remember trying in a shop and before hand it was pretty trashy to play with high action and much poorer strings I was putting on. Many thanks to Paul again

Great little shop with really helpful but not pushy staff. Just left me to sit and try out the guitars I wanted to and was very helpful when I’d decided on which to purchase. Definitely recommend.

Top notch customer service. I had 3 telephone updates on my £50 guitar repair. Great job. Thx

Friendly, knowledgeable, local and efficient. Can't ask for any more than that!

Great, friendly and really helpful

The transparency of this store shines through as my musical instrument was delivered exactly as advertised on the website, reaffirming their dedication to providing customers with a reliable and consistent purchasing process.

My 13 year old has been having singing lessons at Music Bank for over six months. Highly recommend both the shop and the teacher, they are always very helpful and friendly and Sol is great.

Great local music shop and set up on my guitars.

I dropped my bass in for a set up & Paul had it ready for me within a couple of days. A great turnaround time!

Friendly, helpful, great service.
