We have just completed our first month using The Net Vet and I can't believe how amazing it is! There are many reasons I will keep using this amazing app and service.
1. It costs less then 1 Vet consultation for a month and you can use it as much as you need.
2. It is so handy and accessible.
3. My dog has some quite complex issues and at times we have felt so out of our depth trying to help our pooch but having the Net Vet doesn't just offer amazing advice but also is there to help you talk through concerns and having access to a vet from 7am until 10pm 7 days a week has been such a life saver.

There are lots more reasons I could list too. The Net Vet has been amazing with me as I am Autistic and have ADHD I can find getting information and processing it difficult but using this app I feel I have a place to turn with trusted advice. This app is also very handy as I don't drive which means getting my pooch to the vet can at times be difficult due to transport but using this app you can do all the consultation from the comfort of your own Home. We especially love you can also have video calls which can be more helpful for especially complex issues like my pooch! We came across Net Vet at Dogfest and signed up. We recently used the app to meet with Dr Alex regarding the allergy issue with our dog which she’s had for many years. It was easy to make an appointment and Alex was really helpful. He gave us advice and information which we have never been told before from our normal vet. Highly recommend this service.

I first discovered The Net Vet at Paws in the Park Detling, and after talking with the guy there I was tempted to join up for a year as they said that they write prescriptions for free, and they are on hand 24/7. what more could I want from a Vet?
I had to contact The Net Vet and spoke to Dr Alex Crow and he emailed me a prescription ina matter of hours. Already I have saved over £44 and for my dogs two medications and the prescription is for six months.
Luckily, if my dog needs vet, then I contact a The Net Vet on the app on my phone 24/7 and tell the vet my problem. If necessary send photos or videos and they will diagnose the problem and email a prescription for medication which you can get sent by express post same or next day.
I think this is an amazing service and I have been recommending it to all my doggy walking friends.

The net vet are always soo amazing with my dog Bella! We see them at many shows and they are extremely helpful! We have used them a few times and they have saved lots of unneeded vet visits! They are amazing with animals, extremely caring and also great with assistance dogs! They helped build up confidence with vets and even preformed a check up! They are absolutely amazing and 100% worth it!

We met The Net Vet team at Paws in the Park and liked the sound of the app. At the weekend I had reason to contact them for a second opinion - I registered and spoke to Alex within minutes and got the advice I was needing.

We had just got back from camping and one of my dogs was acting strange and itching loads. Dr Alex took me through a number of things to check and how to comfort my dog. He even checked back in to see how Diego was doing a few days later, which was so appreciated.

The best app on my phone.
I've had one consultation so far, and Alex was very informative.
So reassuring knowing I always have a vet on hand if Teddy ever needs it.

We joined the Net Vet service just two days ago and already the service has paid for its self as our 7 month Pomeranian had two separate issues which the online Vet handled beautifully saving us two separate visits to our normal vet.
I think this is an amazing service which I consider a 'no brainer'
