From the minute we walked in with our Granddaughter l felt like l was actually in lapland. People l know that have been to the actual Lapland said our pics and videos looked better than theirs.lf you want the fuzzy xmas feeling of the past. Please go. It has left me with a special memory l will never forget.

First time attending the North Pole Experience in 2025 my daughter was 2 and must say she loved the entire day. The North pole jungle gets played at least once a week and she can't wait to come again.

Plenty for kids to do and see, very interactive for all ages, would love to coem back again this year. They could not do more if they tried!!

From start to finish this experience was worth the money.
We visited with our non verbal disabled foster child and all the elves, Santa and the staff made an effort to communicate with him. They were able to sign with him and involve him in all the activities.
The icing on the cake was meeting Santa, who made it so personal.

Family of 3 who had a magical day. Our son was 4 years old at the time of going in December 2025. The whole experience was magical. Watching our son enjoy each stage of the day was beautiful. He particularly enjoyed making his toy, toasting marshmallows and ice skating. Santa was great, very interactive.

We had a great time at The North Pole Experience. My children are still talking about it months later. All of the experiences were fantastic and magical. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the Santa visit could have been better. Our Santa was reading my notes from a scrap of paper using his phone as a torch. Also we didn't quite have enough time to do everything we wanted in the Elf village. Other than that, it was great and I would totally recommend

The magic of it the sheer fun and the smiles on everyones faces

Excellent day for my 4 and 5 year old grandchildren, everything from start to finish was exceptionally well planned and presented, they where entertained and the smiles from them both proved how much of a great time they had, a truly magical day, well worth the travel.

Unbelievable and so magical for everyone, worth every penny. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely brilliant day! Can't fault it in anyway! We've been a few times and every year gets better! The new train experience was such a great addition. Already booked for 2026 as soon as the tickets went on sale.

Absolutely loved it this was the 2nd year we went as we enjoyed it so much the first year. It felt so magical from start to finish our girls loved it so much (even more than lluk). Would totally recommend to all fridge an family x

My daughter had a magical time here. All the staff were lovely and really made an effort with all of the children. A really great experience will definitely go again. The teddy making and gift from Santa were really good quality. Excellent value for money. A day full of laughs.

My 3-year-old absolutely loved every minute – it was pure magic from start to finish 🎄💫

His favourite part had to be making cookies in Mrs Claus’ kitchen 🍪❤️
We honestly can’t wait to go again this year!

We had an amazing time all 3 of my children from beginning to end had the best time, their favourite part was the ice skating and speaking to Santa, the Santa Claus was the best we have ever experienced❤️

Generally a very good idea. However lots to be desired.

Pros: teddy bear workshop, seeing Santa, engaging acts.

Cons: Charging extra for things such as virtual reality ride and the marshmallow roasting area, especially when it’s not advertised clearly, is wrong, especially when as a family of 4 we have already had to pay over £200.00.

Was also advised that at an extra cost of 20.00 two letter would be sent to my kids in advance. These were not delivered.

My advice: avoid or get the premium tickets.

Really enjoyed our day at North Pole experience.
Great santa- who already knew all our information from the online forms… which my son was amazed by!
Enjoyed the show and other activities, made more of an event of seeing Santa.

What a magical experience from start to finish.
We will be going again this year and I cannot wait as my 2 girls will be that bit older to enjoy even more.
Very thought out, thought it was a brilliant idea that my daughter could pick her present at the end, so she got what she would play with.
Costumes are fab
Everyone was in the Christmas spirit and very friendly
And a great traditional Father Christmas
Would highly recommend.
The only thing I would suggest would be to have Xmas themed food on offer at the cafe to enhance the experience.

Amazing! We had such a lovely magical time would recommend to anyone and suitable for all ages bringing that magic back to Christmas 🥰 loved it!

What an experience!!

We had such an amazing day at the North Pole Experience. Every detail from start to finish was well planned and organised, the actors were brilliant and even more so the staff from reception to the cafe were all so patient and kind with our boys. You will never find yourself being bored, there’s always something for you to do and lots of Christmas festivities in every section of the park.

I would 100% recommend this Christmas activity, it’s worth every penny seeing the excitement on your child’s face!

Fantastic value for money and an all round great day out for kids of all ages. Ice skating maybe better if was prebooked but not the end of the world it wasnt a long wait. Payment plan brilliant. Thankyou for a magical experience
