The staff in the Louth branch was very helpful. Offered my husband and myself a drink as it was very hot weather. I explained that l am not very confident with computers. I wanted to set up another ISA and Julie Towse clearly explained the differences in what was on offer. So l set up another ISA straight away. Then the same lady sorted my husbands accounts out.
