I received absolutely fantastic service…
I received absolutely fantastic service from the Shepshed branch yesterday regarding my Lifetime ISA. I spoke with a wonderful advisor, I believe her name was either Rachel or Rebecca, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. What really stood out was that she actually took the time to call me back the following day just to ensure everything had gone smoothly and to check if I needed any further assistance. It is so rare to experience that level of proactive, thoughtful customer care these days. A huge thank you to her and the team!

Staff training was taking place, but we were taken care of and the process of opening 2x new accounts and dealing with an account which needed probate, went very smoothly Good to be able to go in branch to do this, made life so much easier having face to face contact. One of the reasons I chose, the NBS to open a savings account

Fab people to deal with
I opened a new ISA with Nottingham Building Society that I wanted to fund by transferring two existing ISAs and new money.
The online process was so easy and, as I was transferring two ISAs, I had to phone customer service to transfer the second ISA.
The customer service agent was really easy to talk to and efficiently processed my request. I was kept informed by email at every stage of the transfers
This is the first account I have opened with Nottingham Building Society but I don’t think it will be my last.
