We love the bed, it is exactly as it was described and looks fantastic. It was also relatively easy to assemble, the video particularly helped. Special shout out to their fantastic customer service (Georgie specifically) who went above and beyond to making sure any query we had was addressed, usually within the same day. Would highly recommend.

Great beds and service from oak bed store
All my questions were answered by Georgie in the office. She made the whole experience so much easier. The beds look amazing and the mattress on my bed is wonderful to sleep on although I have to literally climb into bed.

Lovely bed frame but very poor delivery company and chip in wood
The bed I ordered is lovely but the company you use to deliver it aren't interested and lack communication skills etc.
gabe the impression really didn't want to do the job but very interested in getting me to sign a disclaimer.
I have done a review of their work .
After they left I noted a chip in the wood of one of the legs.
