Excellent service. Really lovely oak single bed.
Only downside was rubbish spanner supplied to fit bed together, very poor quality and bent so was unusable after a couple of turns.
Would recommend the bed and company though 😊

Excellent experience from pre-sale queries to delivery!
I couldn't be happier with my experience buying from Oak Bed Store. Before ordering, I messaged them via WhatsApp with a few questions. They got back to me quickly and answered everything thoroughly, which gave me the confidence to make my purchase.
Delivery was impressively fast—I was quoted up to two weeks, but it arrived in less than a week (ordered on a Thursday, delivered by Tuesday!). The courier company kept me updated throughout, called five minutes before arriving, and brought the bed into the house with great care.
Assembly was straightforward, and the bed itself is fantastic quality—really sturdy and looks great. I'd definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them!

We took the discount thank you.
Delivery was 1st class, being able to see exactly were our delivery was enabled me to go out and greet the arrival into the new estate which was difficult due to building work.

The quality of the furniture is amazing
The quality of the furniture is fantastic, the bedside tables and the chest of drawers look amazing. Nobody would guess that the bed was supplied to be put together by myself.
The only downside is it's so heavy!!! It's definitely a 2 person job with it being solid oak. But is that really a downside?
I only had one query about putting the bed together and that was dealt with very quickly.
I'm looking forward to the delivery of my second order.

Great communication with the store.The assembly of the bed took time but the instructions were very clear. The pistons didn’t appear to function when we tried to close the bed and we were nervous to force them but following advice from Georgia they worked perfectly- need the weight of the mattress to get them to work!!! Beautiful bed
