We are sorry to hear that you feel this way.
Having reviewed our records, we can see that you emailed us on 10th June at 1:18pm regarding the issues you had experienced. We replied the same day at 1:39pm, just 21 minutes later, requesting further information so that we could investigate and assist you.
In your email, you advised that there was a dent in the metal base. To assess this properly and determine the most appropriate resolution, we requested photographs of the damage. Unfortunately, we have not received a response to that request, nor have any photographs been provided.
You also mentioned that two screws and two wooden sticks were missing. As ottoman beds contain a large number of different bolts, fittings and components, we provided the assembly instructions and hardware list and asked for clarification regarding the specific parts you believed were missing. Unfortunately, simply referring to “two screws” and “two sticks” does not allow us to identify the components in question, particularly as there are multiple types of fixings included and no parts listed as “sticks” within the hardware inventory.
We are always committed to resolving any issues our customers experience and, as demonstrated by our response within 21 minutes of receiving your email, we endeavour to provide prompt support whenever assistance is required. However, in order for us to investigate and provide an appropriate solution, we do require the requested information.
Please reply to our previous email with photographs of the dent and details of the specific components you believe are missing, and we will be more than happy to continue assisting you.

Great price and very helpful customer service…
Great price and very helpful customer service. When it came to putting the bed together the instructions were very clear and the quality of construction was very good, there was even extra hardware included in case I lost anything!
The two blokes who delivered it could have been a bit friendlier and easier to communicate with when they got lost on the way to the house - hence the one star knocked off.

Damaged part of bed replaced within a few days. Delivery guys made sure replacement was ok and took damaged part away with them in the packaging.

Quality of bed frame great, delivery poor!
Quality of the bed frame is superb, easy to assemble & looks better than we expected. Delivery however was poor. They dropped off 4 parcels would not give us time to check them, and just left. We had no headboard but a pergola instead!!!
It took us 2/3 days to get this exchanged sorted & was still not delivered to us until 5 days later. Poor company Ferduco used for delivery, drivers did not understand English & no apologies offered.

Nice looking bed, quality oak.
Good communication and all went well with the delivery. The packaging was very good. The bed is good quality oak - slightly less sturdy looking than our previous bed. It was fairly time consuming to put it together but not difficult. It looks great in the bedroom and we hope it will be strong enough to last for many years. We didn't notice a weight limit on the product - maybe we missed it!

I’m glad you found the assembly straightforward, even if it was a little time-consuming, and it’s lovely to hear that the bed looks great in your bedroom. We hope it gives you many years of use.
In terms of the weight limit, our bed frames don’t have a published maximum weight guide. Our products are tested for normal use, including their design, weight capacity and function. However, as the weight on a bed is not generally motionless, it isn’t possible to give an exact maximum weight limit.
All of our bed frames are manufactured for adults, and we have never experienced issues with the weight of a person or mattress causing one of our frames to fail. We also provide a 5-year guarantee from the date of delivery, covering the repair or replacement of any part deemed defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Great customer service
We had a problem with the centre rail on our bed which had broken. When i phoned the staff were very helpful and pulled out all the stops to source the new parts within a few hours which we were able to collect. Bed back to normal within 12 hours and all for free even though the bed is used every day and is 7 years old. Great customer service - thanks Georgie🙂

Good solid bed with a couple of minor issues
I ordered the Wimbledon king size storage bed and am happy with it now it's assembled. It shipped promptly and when I needed to email the company they responded quickly and were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately I did have a few minor issues with the delivery company, firstly as on the agreed delivery date after waiting in all day the tracking updated to say they hadn't loaded my bed onto the van. After rearranging delivery and unboxing the bed I noticed some damage to one of the drawers due to how beaten up the box it was shipped in had been in transit. I opted to repair this myself by using a new woodscrew to replace a snapped one.
Another minor issue is that the drawers were quite difficult to assemble, unlike the bed itself. I had to use quite a lot of force with a screwdriver as the pre-drilled holes didn't seem to quite line up with each other.
In all I'm very pleased with the bed but the experience was let down slightly by a few issues, mostly down to the third party delivery company.
