The beautiful craftsmanship of their jewelry, it’s absolutely beautiful and I have loved every item.
Their responsiveness to any queries I have is excellent. I had an issue with the delivery being delayed, but they kept me updated and offered me a discount code as an apology which was very kind of them and appreciated.

You were correct; the emails had ended up in my spam or trash folder. I was able to purchase the extra bead shortly after. I wish more companies were as responsive and caring toward their customers as Theo Grace.

The selection process was really easy, and the shipment was ahead of schedule. With that being said, one of the charms appeared to be damaged and I contacted Sam immediately. he responded with in minutes and had a replacement charm shipped immediately to beat the Mother's Day deadline. I watched this site for months trying…
I watched this site for months trying to decide what to purchase. I decided on the multiple name balance bead necklace with my grandchildren's names. I chose the gold vermeil. When I finally ordered, I quickly received an acknowledgement and was kept informed of where my order was in the process. Today it arrived just as promised with a tracking email that said it was delivered to my mailbox. I am thrilled to say it meets all of my expectations and I can hardly wait to try it on!
