Jeg vil ikke anbefale deres vaskeposer selvom materialet er lækkert. Alt der bliver lagt i, falder ud under vask. Stor skuffelse.

Kære Michelle,
Beklager din enormt dårlige oplevelse, det er jo ikke sådan de skal fungere. Vi ville sådan ønske du havde sendt os en mail i stedet for en dårlig review, så vi kunne have hjulpet dig.
Beklager meget oplevelsen.
Ønsker dig en dejlig dag.

In love with the oven mitts!
I bought their oven mitts in the standard and mini and I absolutely love them both! They are great quality, beautiful, and work well. I can’t recommend them enough. It was worth the oversees shipping!

I’ve been using the kitchen cloths for years to wash dishes and I cherish them dearly. They’re soft but still capable to remove food stuck on dishes and pans.

Needs improvement
The buying experience was excellent. I purchased bath and kitchen towels. The bath and hand towels are way too big which is a waste of material. Those towels are so thin that they barely take any water off of you and when trying to dry your back it feels like you are giving yourself a rug burn. They could improve the towels by making them smaller and more textured preventing the burning when going back and forth on the skin. I thought the kitchen towels were too big as well, but they actually dry like they are supposed to. Overall I think the company is on the right track by doing what's best for environment and offering us better materials to use on our bodies. They just need to improve the effectiveness of the bath towels.

Dear Sean,
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about our bath and kitchen towels. We truly appreciate your perspective and the time you’ve taken to reflect on your experience.
At The Organic Company, our products are designed with intention: 100% organic, GOTS-certified, and created from the ground up to challenge fast fashion and conventional production. The size of our towels is carefully considered - lighter materials are made larger to ensure practical reach and coverage, balancing sustainability with functionality.
Yes, the gauze texture of our towels feels very different from traditional terry towels. Some love the lightweight, quick-drying properties (TIP: ideal for travel, sports, the beach, or wellness) while others prefer a plusher feel. It’s a matter of personal preference, much like choosing between different styles of fabric.
We’re glad the kitchen towels met your expectations, and we’ll continue to refine our designs based on feedback like yours. Your support of our mission to offer thoughtful, sustainable alternatives means a great deal to us.
If you’d like to explore other textures or uses for our towels, we’d be happy to guide you. Feel free to reach out anytime.
In gratitude,
The Organic Company Team :)
