The most incredible customer experience…

The most incredible customer experience I have ever had ever for any service. Rachael spent countless hours with me going back and forth on what's app helping me decide which was the best grout to use based on my outdoor tiles and then she called me to finalise the details. She never made me feel like I was driving her mad and was so knowledgeable and helpful. A truly great experience

Really helpful company

I was unsure what to use to grout my patio, after visiting the paving experts ,the lady pointed me in the right direction, really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend them.

We discovered Paving Experts whilst…

We discovered Paving Experts whilst looking for an alternative supplier for some PY5 / PY4 resin for our handrail systems. From initial inquiry, through to delivery the service has been excellent. Clear concise communication, friendly and extremely helpful. We have used Paving Experts now for a number of years and i can honestly say the level of service remains as good as it was from our first transaction.

😠 Shockingly Slow Delivery and Awful Customer Service - Avoid!

I am absolutely appalled by the service—or lack thereof—from The Paving Experts.

I placed an order for expox grout way back on October 9th, and today is November 16th. Over five weeks later, and guess what? It still hasn't arrived! This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be "experts." My project has been at a standstill because of this delay.

The last communication I received from them was a brief update on October 30th. Since then, I have been met with radio silence. It's now been over two weeks without any attempt to update me, apologize, or offer a solution.

This isn't just a slow delivery; it's a profound failure in customer service. When a shipment is delayed this long, basic professional courtesy dictates keeping the customer informed. Their lack of communication shows a complete disregard for the customer and the disruption their incompetence is causing.

If you need your paving supplies delivered in a timely manner, DO NOT order from The Paving Experts. Their delivery process is a joke, and their customer service is non-existent.

I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a reliable supplier.

Good morning Mr. Lacey,

I tried to call you this morning in the hope of speaking with you directly, as I wanted to offer you a personal apology and provide some clarity around what has happened. I’m very sorry I wasn’t able to reach you.

I was genuinely disappointed and saddened to see your 1-star review today. I completely understand why you are upset, and I want to offer my sincere and heartfelt apologies for the frustration you’ve experienced. Please know that we truly believed, based on our communication with you (you like email not the phone), that you were comfortable waiting for this product.

I know you have purchased several boxes of Joint-It Epoxy Grout from us across four separate orders, and your latest order was placed on 9th October. My understanding was that Rachael had kept you updated throughout the process—although the communication was limited, this was only because we had no new information to share, and we genuinely believed you were happy to wait until we did.
We have done everything within our ability to source this product for you, but it has unfortunately been impossible to obtain at the moment. This is not a frequently stocked item for us, and we even contacted our supplier’s representative repeatedly to see whether he could secure stock from other local distributors. He had been confident that he would be able to arrange this for us, so we continued checking in with him weekly. Based on your email on 16th October, thanking us and confirming that you were happy to wait, we believed that our approach was in line with your expectations. On 9th October we had also asked whether you might need additional quantities so that we could order extra as soon as stock became available. On 13th October we explained that we still had no definite date, but were doing everything possible to obtain more. From your reply, we understood your project wasn’t urgent and that you were comfortable waiting for updates.

During this period, we continued to work in the background to try and secure stock, but without success. When you contacted us again on the 30th asking for an update, we apologised that there was still no progress and checked again that you were happy to wait. Had we known at any point that the situation had become urgent for you, we would have immediately issued a refund and explained that we were still unable to obtain the product. I am deeply sorry that you feel so badly let down. As the owner of this business, it matters enormously to me that our customers feel respected, supported, and well looked after. We are a small team of three, and we work extremely hard to provide the highest level of service—something reflected in the 180+ genuine 5-star reviews we are very grateful to receive. It is incredibly upsetting to hear that your experience fell so far short of this, and I sincerely apologise.

Please know that causing you inconvenience was never our intention. We took you at your word when you told us you were happy to wait, and we continued to do everything in our power to source the product for you. When it became clear that your situation had changed and that you needed the item urgently, we issued a refund immediately, as we still had no stock available. Once again, I offer my sincere apologies for the disappointment and frustration this has caused you.

I am truly sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. Your review was very difficult for us to read because we genuinely strive to look after every customer, and I deeply regret that you feel we failed you.

Excellent customer service

The customer service team have provided an excellent service from purchase to delivery. Their communication has been prompt despite being a small business and currently under-staffed. Would definitely recommend.

24 hour turnaround achieved. One very happy punter !!

I requested a layout plan for my patio project - with three connected areas to fill using four different tile sizes.

Absolutely delighted with the outcome culminating from a highly professional and detailed service. The 'map' and specifications list were received next day (on a Monday). One tip if you're thinking of using this service: make sure your details are accurate. He can only work with what you give him !!

This service has taking a great deal of stress out of the planning phase. Thank you very very much Tony.

We've contacted Tony because our garden was done incorrectly so we needed opinion before we went down the legal route. Tony was amazing and with his opinion we feel very confident. I would never ever recommend the landscaper we have used but I would definitely recommend Tony if somebody is in a similar situation like ours. Tony picked loads of faults was very professional.

Great product

Great product extremely happy with the company, just one little niggle with the delivery unfortunately they went to the wrong address. I had to get in touch with the company and they would delivery the next day for me. I am just putting it down to human error with the postcode!!!!
