I pre-ordered a cot unit that was due…
I pre-ordered a cot unit that was due for delivery at the end of January. Unfortunately, the communication has been extremely poor. I had to send three emails over three days just to get a response to a very simple question about when delivery would take place.
I consider myself fair and balanced when leaving reviews, but the lack of communication genuinely made me start to worry whether I had been scammed. I was also promised responses “the next morning” on more than one occasion, which didn’t happen.
Delays can happen and I completely understand that — but clear, timely communication is essential, especially for pre-ordered items. Sadly, that has not been my experience so far.
Still awaiting an answer nearly 2 weeks later.

No items and no update or response from Customer Support
I ordered bunk beds and an underbed storage drawer from the Perfect Nursery Company on December 26th. At the time of ordering, it said to allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. Last Friday (Jan 23rd) was 4 weeks. In the past week I have sent 2 emails to customer support asking for an update but have received no response. There is no phone number provided to speak with a real person. We have family coming over from the states next week and we now have nowhere for them to sleep and no idea if our beds will arrive in time. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of transparency around orders and poor communication/customer support.

Easiest flat pack I’ve ever done!
As the title states, the easiest flat pack I’ve ever done! Bed was built alone in less than an hour. Clear instructions all the holes were perfectly aligned. No complaints and a lovely little bed.

Excellent service, purchased a cot and some pushchair accessories and everything arrived on time. I had some questions about the cot before buying but the team were really quick to respond and answered all my questions!

Grey Luxury head and body rest
Purchased luxury light grey head and body support hoping it would be compatible with Oyster 3 pushchair luckily it is ,pushchair isn't grey ,no where does the mink colour of the pushchair which is a Shame. Product arrived in good time ,infact sooner than I had been advised. It's wasn't really cheap but none were . Supports small 3 month old head making it more comfortable for her

Waste of money and noreply from customer service
I ordered baby cot bed for my little one and we received it damaged which has two broken wood inside that you cant even use ı had to email to the customer service and no reply and box is very heavy to lift for returnıng ı dont recommend thıs company not happy with the servıce at all waste of money have to get another one from somewherelse and ı m not sure about my refund too...
