Mel and Josh were fab, making me feel like a VIP. I'm really but they took their time assisting in helping me find my perfect fragrance and took their time to explain what notes were in each one. I'm normally a one scent at a time person but ended up leaving with TWO! I will return to this specific store in future to buy fragrance providing that these 2 are working!

So I’ve had issues with my on line…
So I’ve had issues with my on line orders . I’ve then had to click and collect went into Brighton store in the Mall. I saw Jes’s the store manager and Mel they were absolutely lovely and went over and beyond for me . They are a great asset to the company . Very polite very professional and friendly . Very happy with how they dealt with my issues and helped me . 5stars all the way xx
