The Perfume Shop - Bullring 112 Opiniones

Hamaad has been phenomenal in sales today. He’s got a fantastic sense of humor and a great sales person. 5* service. Really happy

It was a long process ordering the desired perfume then to be told they would have to order it for me online. The sales assistant shared that it was a 100ml bottle then when looking at the email confirmation the size was 25ml. When trying to contact the store nobody answered got through to customer services saying they couldn’t help. Not a great experience at all.

Hamaad has been incredible today. He was patient and knowledgable and super friendly. Thank you!

We were served by Hamaad. He is truly an asset to the store. He was super helpful, kind and attentive. He went through our needs and we ended up purchasing a £100+ perfume which we never knew we needed, smells amazing!! He gave top tier recommendations too!

I came in today with a few friends and hamad was helping us out. He was very kind and accommodating and looked after us so well!! We ended up buying a perfume from his recommendation. :)

Great experience. Hammad was very helpful :)

A lovely guy, Hamaad, helped me pick the perfect fragrance for my boyfriend. He gave me recommendations based on my price range and preferred scents. I also got the gift wrap and personalised ribbon at a very reasonable price.

Great service today by Yousuf. Lovely touch with a printer ribbon for the gift wrapping.
Thank you

Yousef was exceptional walking me through the different scents and the prices and comparisons, as I've used the same brand of perfume for 20 years and was looking to try something different. Overall very helpful.

Hamaad was super friendly and helpful

Ellie provided great customer service helping me pick between 2 fragrances.

Wahaab was very patient, eager to help and gave very good recommendations that worked within my budget.
A legend

The whole experience was joyful entertaining, no forceful marketing where u feel obliged to buy anything just because someone in the shop gave u a few minutes of their own time, i shared that experience with sonia who was incredibly helpful, u come in with 0 knowledge, u come out knowing what u like and what u don't like, I'm defo coming back cause the discounts she offered were unreal.
