Exceptional customer service, I needed a gift for a Birthday and Kayleigh was extremely helpful explaining all the different options that would be suitable, even showed me options to personalise the gift wrapping which was a nice touch. I will be using the perfume shop again, great experience.

Fraud order
My partner paid £115 Valentino Born In Roma Donna Green Stravaganza
Eau de Parfum Spray 100ML. Which is an expensive gift that my partner got for me for my bday gift. When I received the order today inside the order bag was an protein bar. Like are you being for real…. £115 pounds on this. And when I’ve escalated the matter to them they want to tell me that they don’t believe that that protein bar bag could fit in that order package then who’s delivered it then because clearly it was delivered in that package bag. they need to go sort out their delivery team who’s fraud my order and taking my order for themselves.
