I love the Pwrfume Shop in Cheltenham. Luis, not sure of spelling, is a gentleman and so extremely helpful. I would never go elsewhere to buy my perfumes

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service, I had a specific aftershave I went to buy, Kenzo Homme. It was unavailable to buy online and had a limited supply and not available in the Cheltenham shop. Lewis ordered it from another shop, delivered direct to my door on Thursday 12th June, less than 24 hours after my visit to the store. And I got a discount! Absolutely amazing thank you. Will definitely recommend The Perfume Shop.

Picked up Acqua di Gio from The Perfume Shop in Cheltenham and have to shout out Ryan for the top service. He’s a proper genuine guy—friendly, humble, and speaks with confidence. You can tell he really understands what young men are looking for and made the whole experience easy. He helped with everything and didn’t rush or pressure me.
