The staff in the shop in Cheshire Oaks were most helpful. The fragrance I wanted was unavailable (apparently, the could not sell Dior, Sauvage, in the shop !!). However, they were so helpful and ordered it for me to be delivered to my address. It arrived a few days later.

Don’t be fooled by the offers
Bought two bottles of perfume at Cheshire oaks which both came to over £60 which qualified for a free gift as per a huge notice board by the door. I didn’t buy the perfume for this but nevertheless my purchase qualified. I didn’t receive it so I asked. I got a magazine for summer 2026, magazine you can get anyway and a bottle holder for a perfume I didn’t buy. Useless, I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say. I just wanted handled them and left. One home I emailed customer services and that replied with a very polite message, hence two stars, but didn’t rectify the issue just said that will make a note of it going forward. Always think they have good offers but I would be very cautious buying again

We came into the Cheshire Oaks shop for…
We came into the Cheshire Oaks shop for a bottle of Coach perfume and left buying more! The 2 people helping us were lovely and very helpful. Rosie helped us find the perfume we wanted but it wasn’t in stock and Alex told us that we can buy it cheaper and get it delivered to our home. They explained how their shop is offering 15% and how it’s cheaper than most places. Alex also helped us find another perfume for my friend and they both offered us some free gifts with our purchase. We loved how welcoming and helpful they both were and we will definitely be back very soon

Above and beyond service at Cheshire Oaks
I was served by Zuzanna & Abbie in the Cheshire Oaks store, and they were both went above and beyond to help!
I had a unique query for them, I had purchased a cheap copy perfume from a street stall in Morocco last year, and it's been my favourite perfume, however I haven't been able to figure out the real purfume it's based off of!
When I came into this store it seemed like the employees were both really friendly and knew their stuff, so I thought I would ask them (I showed them the purfume).
They both took the time to really look into the notes of the perfume, check online to see any other information about it and sample some perfumes in store that are similar to it
We managed to get really close and I ended up spending £80 on a purfume in the end. I hadn't even walked in planning to buy anything, I was just wanting to find out the name of one similar. But the employees were so kind and helpful that I wanted to buy from there.
