I had a wonderful experience at the perfume shop thanks to Callie. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my preferences and recommend fragrances that suited me perfectly. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to receive such attentive customer service, and Callie truly went above and beyond. Thank you for all your help. I would definitely return and recommend this store because of the excellent service I received from Callie!

Excellent visit today at the Perfume shop in St James Quarter Edinburgh . Both Paul and Emma were very welcoming and very helpful, there assistance and answers to my questions were superb, both of them took time and helped me through my choices. Samples were provided to make the desired choice and I am delighted with them. Both Emma and Paul made my visit and the purchase very easy . Thanks to them for there help. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I thought this shop would be quite expensive . but after trying a couple of others who didn't have the perfume I wanted to smell we went in. not only did they have really good deals, but the salesperson who helped me (the best name ever, aurora), was extremely knowledgeable and went around the entire store finding things that met my scent profile to help me find the right perfume for me... great experience. they've got loads of good deals like perfume return bottles for a discount as well! definitely have a look

I wandered in to the shop after a hard day and decided to treat myself to my favourite perfume, Callie was so polite unprofessional and approached me in a very gentle way and was so attentive to me. She let me know about an amazing discount on my perfume, so I went ahead and bought it at the checkout desk. I was willing to sign up and I mentioned that my birthday was next week the manager, Kes was close by and he overheard that my birthday was next week and he gave me a full set of Orabella perfume samples for my birthday. I just thought it was such a nice and friendly touch and I even said I was so happy I didn’t go into boots because you don’t get that kind of service. Thanks so much Callie and Kes for brightening my day and making me feel special!

Callie from the St James branch is a credit to he company. Came in for my mum trying to find a new perfume for her and Callie advised what her favourite one was and how there was alternatives. She advised me to try a few and thanks to her advise in grabbed Balmain.

Today i was served by Jamie she was incredibly nice and helpful, i wasn’t sure what to get and she took me round and let me smell all the fragrances i could, but jamie was absolutely amazing if the perfume shop ever read this they need to give her a raise cause the service she provided was exceptional. I had gone to the perfume shop on my recent visit to St james to get a perfume for my partner’s mom. I don’t know much about perfumes myself and when it comes to gifting it for others I’m pretty bad too. Callie CP helped me out throughout the entirety of my shopping experience and helped me go through 4-5 different scents just to get an idea of what I liked and what I was looking for. She was very fun and helped me with every little thing. The gift wrapping was also very lovely. I will definitely visit again if I ever have to get perfumes.
