Quick and easy service. Cara and aurora were friendly and showed me some neat offers

Callie from the St James branch is a credit to he company. Came in for my mum trying to find a new perfume for her and Callie advised what her favourite one was and how there was alternatives. She advised me to try a few and thanks to her advise in grabbed Balmain.

Emma at The Perfume Shop in St James was so welcoming and helpful. She took the time to find fragrances with similar notes to my favourite perfume and gave me lots of great options to try. The couple times i have been here I've been lucky to have been served by her, amazing customer service every time in helping and assisting with whats best for me and being very knowledgeable in her work. Would highly recommend

Today i was served by Jamie she was incredibly nice and helpful, i wasn’t sure what to get and she took me round and let me smell all the fragrances i could, but jamie was absolutely amazing if the perfume shop ever read this they need to give her a raise cause the service she provided was exceptional. I had gone to the perfume shop on my recent visit to St james to get a perfume for my partner’s mom. I don’t know much about perfumes myself and when it comes to gifting it for others I’m pretty bad too. Callie CP helped me out throughout the entirety of my shopping experience and helped me go through 4-5 different scents just to get an idea of what I liked and what I was looking for. She was very fun and helped me with every little thing. The gift wrapping was also very lovely. I will definitely visit again if I ever have to get perfumes.

Absolutely lovely service from Cara at The Perfume Shop. She was friendly, patient, and really helpful when choosing a fragrance. I picked up YSL MYSLF and had a great experience from start to finish. The store felt welcoming, and the customer service made the purchase even better. Amazing experience at The Perfume Shop! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Paul was really helpful with my shopping experience. Even though I was in a dilemma, he was patient and proactive, also stepped back giving room for me to contemplate.
When I was ready to make a decision he made me feel good about it. I walked in the shop not knowing if I'll find what I'm after or if I was going to eventually buy it.
At the end I got the perfume I wanted and I left the shop happy. He is a great salesman.

Cara was so helpful today. I had no idea which perfume to try as l have had the same one for 20 years. She spent time explaining the different products and guiding me thought the perfumes. Ended up spending almost £100 for a bottle but lm sure it will be the right choice and will be back when this bottle is empty 🙏
