Very disappointed. I have bought Miss Dior many times before and it always lasted for hours. This bottle fades within an hour. For a £100+ Dior perfume, this is unacceptable.
Hello, the perfume arrived yesterday and I used it straight away. Unfortunately, it doesn't last at all, which is very disappointing.
Miss Dior is my favourite perfume, and I have bought it before many times. I have never experienced anything like this. One of the main reasons I keep buying it is because it is normally very long-lasting and stays on my clothes for days.
I know some people say perfume performance can depend on skin pH, but that is not the case for me. This fragrance works perfectly with my skin, and that is exactly why I always choose it.
This bottle is completely different. After less than an hour, I could barely smell it on myself or on my clothes. I paid over £100 for this perfume, so I certainly wasn't expecting the performance of a cheap fragrance. I am very unhappy with this purchase.
Tomorrow I will visit The Perfume Shop to ask what could be wrong with this bottle and whether anything can be done to resolve the issue.

I am sincerely sorry to hear that your new bottle of Miss Dior has not performed as you expected. I completely understand your concern, particularly as this is a fragrance you have purchased and enjoyed many times before.
I would like to reassure you that all of our fragrances are sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorised suppliers, so you can be confident that the product you have received is genuine.
As you are familiar with how this fragrance normally performs, I completely appreciate why this difference has raised concerns. I would recommend visiting your nearest The Perfume Shop store, where one of our perfume experts will be happy to compare your fragrance against the store tester and inspect the bottle with you.
Alternatively, if you would prefer, our Customer Services team can arrange for the fragrance to be returned to our dedicated warehouse quality team for a full inspection. Our trained specialists will compare your fragrance against supplier stock to determine whether there is a manufacturing fault. If no fault is identified, the fragrance will be returned to you. Please note that this inspection process can take up to 14 working days to complete.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can resolve your concerns for you as quickly as possible.
