Excellent service
From the minute I stepped inside the shop the staff were super helpful. Answered my questions, helped me decide which fragrance and gift wrapped it for free. Also helped order me a fragrance (that wasn't in stock) and had it delivered to my home address.

Scruffy, unhelpful, oversell.
Princess Quay Hull. Poor customer service from the chap who served me. Looked like he had been dragged through an edge backwards. I should have told him to keep the stuff, but needed urgently as I leave the country in the next couple of days and last minute shopping for Christmas. Asked if i wanted item gift wrapping. I declined. What really got my goat is the 10P bag charge. I had bags in my pocket and could have carried the item without a bag. Yes it's a paper bag, but still not environmentally friendly.

Great customer service , great selection and great prices
Assistant was very polite and helpful
explained what was in the different gift sets and explained the difference between eau de toilette and parfum. One of the sets I wanted wasn't in stock so she ordered it for me . ( which arrived in just a couple of days)
