Staff were welcoming and available to assist
welcomed into the store by staff, they were helpful but not overbearing and gave me plenty of time to make my way around the store but also available to advise or assist whenever I needed. Sometimes when you visit a store on a busy day there is a bit of a rush but I was able to take my time and make sure I got the correct perfume.
Staff made sure to provide plenty of samples and to explain the offers available that day and this was evident through other customers also, despite the busy store at the time it was easy to see how patient and non-flustered the staff were with everyone looking for samples in what would be considered a “small” or cramped store space surrounded by glassware
The staff member Grace was incredibly helpful as were both of her colleagues in the store on that day.
