Suzanne was brilliant help in the shop, she helped me and my girlfriend pick out our perfumes and was very joyful when doing so. We bought a perfume and a travel set and we got a candle too!

Pathetic way to treat customers at the Kildare village branch.
Went to Kildare village with a friend. This was our last stop of the day. I went to buy Hugo Boss the scent and was told it’s two items maximum. I said I just wanted this one item. The girl was very rude about it. I told her politely this was done by rituals and it’s laughable. She shouted at both myself and my friend, as he just wanted to buy the mont blanc pack . I’m in my fifties and he’s in his forties. We could have purchased both items together but not doing that when this rule was put into place and the attitude . It’s pure greed. And why is it only happening in this branch. Her attitude was pathetic and I’ll never shop in that store there again. I’m a local in Santry and shop in the branch in the omni at least there this ridiculous carry on doesn’t happen and the staff are pure professionals with good training and are so friendly. We drove home later very angry about this but who implemented this. It’s hard enough to buy one item without being forced into getting another item , it is possible most can just barely afford one. As a company you seriously need to cop on.
