Hello Lewis,
I am so very sorry to read about your experience in our store and I completely understand why you found this so upsetting and disappointing.
Everyone who visits The Perfume Shop should feel welcomed, acknowledged and treated with care and respect. I am particularly sorry to hear that your wife was left without assistance when you approached our colleagues and that you felt you were not even given eye contact while trying to get their attention. I can appreciate how uncomfortable and upsetting this must have been for both of you.
The behaviour you have described is certainly not the level of customer service we expect from our colleagues. We want every customer to feel supported during their visit, and we take feedback such as this extremely seriously.
Please be assured that your concerns will be shared with the relevant internal team and store management so that the circumstances can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
If there is any further information you would like to share about your visit, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services team via our website. Any additional details you can provide would be helpful in allowing us to understand what happened and ensure your concerns are fully considered.
Please accept my sincerest apologies to you and your wife. I am very sorry that your visit did not reflect the welcoming and inclusive experience we want every customer to have.
Kind regards,
Jasmyn
