I was spoken to in a very polite and friendly way. One of your staffs, Sarah is a Good Samaritan. She picked up my purse that I dropped at Tescos and she brought it to me. I highly recommend her as a very good staff.

VISITED LAKESIDE STORE ON MONDAY 7TH JULY with my sister and what a lovely selection of perfumes available to view and test.Kelly served us and once again she was so customer focused and made it easy to select the right fragrance for me. Decided on chance it was well worth the visit to Lakeside store will certainly visit again to see Kelly!

Had a really great experience at your store ( ground floor) buying some products as gifts. It was a pleasure been served by young lady named Sara. She was amazing, very friendly with lovely personality and very professional, having great knowledge and skills. Must say she is a real benefit for the company. The perfume shop on the lower ground in Lakeside have genuinely the best staff. Karen made the experience worthwhile and was so friendly and patient. Didn’t even consider going elsewhere or comparing prices with other perfume shops. She was great! 10/10 experience.

I came into the store a few weeks ago looking for a special gift for my groom. Been elsewhere looking beforehand without any success , the service I got here was fabulous and the ladies helped me relax and find the exact aftershave I wanted.
Located on the ground floor of lakeside - definitely worth a visit and I will return for sure.

Nice polite man

Visited the Thurrock Lakeside store with my 85 yo mum who wanted to buy a gift for 46 yo male neighbour who had been very helpful to her.
We were attended to by Nicki who was so lovely and incredibly kind to mum. From finding something for mum to sit on as soon as she saw her with a walking stick, to patiently providing several scents for mum to guess what a 46 yo man, whom she knows only so much, might like. Her gift wrapping was an added bonus.
