Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Kim at Livingston Store was fab
Kim made us feel super welcome from the minute we walked in! My son was wanting a new aftershave and she selected loads for him to try and made a fuss of him when she found out it was his birthday! Highly recommend for both men and women !

Exceptional service at The Perfume Shop in Livingston! Aleah was brilliant, when the fragrance I wanted was out of my budget, she guided me to a fantastic alternative I never would have considered.
Just as impressive was how they treated my 10-year-old daughter buying her very first travel-sized perfume. Fin and Kim treated her with the exact same warmth and care as someone spending £100+. In a world where great customer service is rare, this team clearly loves what they do. Safe to say, this is her new favorite fragrance shop!

Kim was absolutely brilliant from the second I walked in the door. She was so helpful in trying to find the right perfume and had a lovely personality. She tried to her best to find the best deal for me as I was buying an aftershave for my partner and she was very knowledgable about the products and best deal for my money.
I would definitely return to purchase further products from Kim.
