We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Great staff members
Great team of staff members. The lady Katie, who served us was excellent. We had actually been in and been supported to make some decisions and made some purchases with her the previous day. We took some ideas away also and decided to go back and make a couple of additional purchases. I felt comfortable in the shop and received good service. There were plenty of choices on display with testers and staff were really willing to help but not overbearing which can be off putting. I think this made our experience better. We will definitely make this our preferred shop location.

I came into one of your store Meadowhall 2 on Thursday night and purchased 5 gifts and the service was really good the lady that survived me was busy but she still made sure she helped me and I was really thankful they looked really nice all wrapped up hopefully this gets back to her

I love the perfume shop
I love the perfume shop, always helpful and lovely staff, I always choose perfume shops have they have the best deals and even the staff tell us about discounts to help us get our moneys worth!

I made a visit to meadowhall sheffield store to be served by keeley who was amazing with all the help i needed , she more than did her job was completely patient with me and that goes a long way with customer service so thank you and i will be retuning
