Exceptional customer service from Aisha! she went the extra mile 10/10

My item was due for an express collection on Friday, it is now Monday, and the item has not been processed or sent yet. The perfume shop customer service has been unhelpful as i can't cancel it through them and advised to do it via the store whose phone line is disconnected. I was advised to physically go to the store to query an update which is inconvenient. Never again

Served by Lee in the Peckham store the knowledge was fantastic. She advised me on the best perfumes for a gift and reasons why. She gift wrapped my items perfectly got a store card as she explained the benefits.

I bought Elizabeth arden's 5th Avenue from the perfume shop Peckham on 19th june. I only got to open and try it out yesterday and was shocked that the perfume has no scent at all. This is unlike the one already used.
