I’ve been a customer for a long time now so I can assure you that the people and stock are great; the only place in Reading I get my fragrances from. Competitive prices on top a loyalty scheme to boot! And a special shout out to Ramona for always taking good care of me; if she’s on site you’ll definitely be in good hands!

Minor payment issue but otherwise 10/10 perfection
I had a payment issue at the beginning even though it gave me an order number to then a few days later realise an order has not actually gone through which was frustrating but luckily it gave me enough time to reorder the Gucci Oud for my husbands birthday with gift box and wrap and you didnt disappoint! I was so pleased with the added testers in for both men and women which meant i got a little spray for myself which i was happy about! But the oud is 10/10 and so happy with how it got sent. Thankyou!

Thank you to Alisha at the Reading Oracle branch
I went to the Reading branch in the Oracle to buy a present for a friend and had no idea which perfume would fit the ‘scent’ I was hoping to match!
I was served by Alisha who absolutely nailed what I had described. I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was with the varied brands on sale and how she picked out the right samples for me to try. Her customer service skills were excellent. Please thank her for me as she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Not to mention helping me to sign up to a membership and applying the small discount which allowed me to have my perfume wrapped beautifully with a message ribbon. Alisha is an excellent ambassador for your brand. Thank you Alisha.

Outstanding Service from Selma
I had a great experience at the perfume shop thanks to Selma. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and really knowledgeable about all the fragrances. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended a few options that were spot on.
What stood out most was her patience and honesty—she wasn’t just trying to sell anything, but genuinely wanted me to leave with something I loved. Her customer service was excellent and made the whole experience enjoyable.
