Excellent Service from Alexia!
When it comes to perfume, my partner is the most indecisive person in the world. Alexia was amazing and patiently went though some options based on what he’d had before and was really helpful in narrowing down the multitude of choices. Thanks to her help I’ve even been able to pinpoint my next purchase! Exceptional service!

Amazing service from Alexia in the reading location. I had such a lovely experience thanks to Alexia who helped me choose a perfume. I don’t know much about fragrances, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. She gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and was so patient with all of my questions.
She also gift wrapped everything beautifully, and from start to finish she made the whole experience feel really welcoming and enjoyable. She was genuinely so kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. Customer service like hers is rare, and she absolutely deserves the recognition. Thank you so much for such a positive experience!
