Jill is the best help for finding wedding scents!!
Jill helped us to find our wedding scents in the middle of July and made it such an enjoyable experience. Her professionalism, vast knowledge and genuine joy helped us massively in buying our scents as it is not something we usually do! We left feeling confident and secure in our choices and are still so pleased with them almost a month on from the wedding. Jill was so approachable and friendly and took her time with us to ensure we loved our scents. Thank you so so much Jill for our wonderful experience! X

Five Stars – Jill is an absolute gem!
I am a huge fragrance collector and very particular about my scents, but Jill at the Silverburn store makes every single visit a total joy. She is super friendly, so much fun to chat with, and consistently goes out of her way to help me find the perfect new addition to my collection.
Her customer service is second to none to the point where I won't buy my fragrances anywhere else now.
She is the sole reason I keep coming back to this stroe. If you’re heading in, definitely look for Jill! 5⭐️'s

Was served by Nicola today service was great listened to what I wanted and advised me what was suitable perfume on my skin . Nicole had a chat presented the perfume in a bag with tissue paper which I thought was a nice touch , made us feel welcomed in the shop left feeling very happy with my purchases and my daughter bought a bottle of perfume .
