Denise was a great help, she made our experience a great one. We were picking our perfume and aftershave for our wedding and she helped us find the right ones and really worked with what we would usually wear but something different. Thanks again Denise, great customer service.

Visited The Perfume Shop in Silverburn and the staff went over and above to make our visit extremely pleasant. Nicola attended to us and was such a lovely lady and very informative in helping us choose an aftershave and gift wrapped the gift to perfection. We also got a new points card as my old one had expired and this gave us a great discount off of our purchase. Will certainly return after being treated so well. It was a pleasure

I can’t read the writing on the back but it was the lady who helped me find the right aftershave for myself. Her service was second to none & she’s the reason I came back to buy the aftershave. Fayes customer service
We came into the perfume shop in silverburn with a particularly complex ask of multiple gift sets for men and women and a specific budget. Face was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products which would fit our requirements. She offered hampers with additional less expensive items for perfumes we couldn't get gift boxes for and had them all wrapped up and beautifully presented-just what we needed! Thank you again Faye!

Very kind helpful service
First time in the shop as my 16 year old daughter asked for her upcoming 17th birthday for a signature scent. Jul was very patient and helpful ,listened to all of her wishes and found the perfect perfume for her. On top of that it even came in lovely gift packaging for free. We left the shop with a big smile and a perfect first experience picking her own perfume. Thank you 😊
