I was told that there was 20% off goods as long as over £60 so looked and found a women’s gift set that was reduced from Xmas and at £50 something pounds and a men’s parfum on full price of £80…
So would have been £130-£140..but then expected 20% off….
I was charged £121 and a few pence obviously because you charged at the full price when scanning and didn’t get anything reduced before taking the 20% off…
I won’t be rushing back if these are the tactics to lure customers in and buying old stock….

Great experience
Tiabah is an asset to your team she was such a great help. Helped me pick out the perfect perfume for my partner and even had free gift wrap which was all excellent couldn’t be more happier.
